OUR HISTORY

Chad's always been comfortable around trucks. His father ran a ready-mix company which gave him a ton of confidence around large equipment at an early age. He started in the mid-90s as the first driver for a start-up garbage company in North Carolina. Chad's been working in the trash business for more than 20 years, so it's not a surprise that his current passion is delivery residential and commercial construction dumpsters. 

Chad was inspired by his father to relocate his family to Texas in 2001. He took the next step in his career by taking a position at Sunbelt and mastering sales and customer service. Then he saw the opportunity to start his own business. By combining his extensive knowledge of trucks and appreciation for outstanding customer service, Chad was able to create his first waste removal company in 2004.

He successfully sold it four years later.

RECREATING SUCCESS

That same year, Chad returned to North Carolina to be closer to family and start a new company. Unfortunately, 2008 was a tough year for many, and Chad's second venture didn't share the same success as his first. Whether it was luck or fate, Chad and his family found themselves back in Texas a few years later attempting again to recreate the success of his first company.

Chad's persistence and entrepreneurial experiences taught him some very valuable lessons, and he believes that started with knowing his strengths.

"We are good at what we do. We stick to things we know. We cater to customers. It's that simple," Chad said.

PAY IT FORWARD

Chad is always looking for new business ventures and loves helping others start their own. He's spent time consulting with other garbage and waste start-ups to help prevent them from making mistakes.

"I enjoy consulting with other waste removal entrepreneurs. I am a dreamer and I think big — that's what drives me to grow the company."

FAMILY

Chad is a family man. He and his wife met at a church New Year's celebration, and they have been together ever since. Chad is dedicated to teaching his three teenage children a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial values.

Throughout the years Chad and his wife have been very supportive of their children's local sports teams. They are members of the San Antonio Real Estate Investors Association (SAREIA) and the San Antonio Apartment Association (SAAA).
